NETWORK STATUS OPERATIONAL

Encrypted in New Mexico.

A private VPN, built in Albuquerque, for the people who live here. No logs. No drama. Priced like the high desert: open and affordable.

FILED 05·10·2026 · ALBUQUERQUE

Meta wants out of New Mexico.

Meta is openly threatening to pull Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp from New Mexico rather than comply with the state's child-safety remedies. The bench trial is happening right now. The state is asking for a 90-hour-a-month cap on teen use, 99% age verification, and a court-appointed monitor sitting inside the platforms.

Whichever way the ruling lands, the experience for an NM user gets worse: more friction, more verification, more "we don't operate here." That's the cost of being on the internet with a New Mexico zip code in 2026.

ZiaVPN is the workaround that doesn't require an act of Congress. Encrypt the moment traffic leaves your device, exit through a node outside the state, and we forget you the moment you disconnect. Your apps don't see a New Mexico user. They see a customer.

02 · THE NETWORK

Built in the open.

Four mechanics, none of them dressed up. Drag, toggle, and read.

▮ 01

Drag your message through the tunnel.

AES-256, the same standard used to classify a country's secrets, applied in real time. Drag the glyph across to see what your packet looks like to anyone watching.

PLAIN CIPHER
hello albuquerque
▮ 02

The log file doesn't exist.

We don't store timestamps, source IPs, destinations, bandwidth, or DNS queries. Run cat /var/log/ziavpn.log and you'll see what the law would see.

root@nm-exit-01 ~# cat /var/log/ziavpn.log
cat: /var/log/ziavpn.log: No such file or directory
root@nm-exit-01 ~# ls -la /var/log/ | grep ziavpn
root@nm-exit-01 ~# _
▮ 03

Pull the plug. Watch it stop.

If the tunnel drops, your connection drops with it. No leaks, no exceptions. Toggle the switch — that's exactly how it behaves on your machine.

▮ 04

Your traffic exits anywhere but here.

From your machine in Albuquerque, ZiaVPN routes through encrypted exits in Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and beyond — anywhere except New Mexico. The age-verification rules can't reach what looks like a session in Denver.

04 · QUESTIONS

Asked & answered.

001 Are you actually based in New Mexico? +
Yes. Our team is in Albuquerque. The exit nodes themselves are intentionally outside the state — Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and more — so your traffic appears to originate anywhere except New Mexico. That's the entire point.
002 What does "no logs" actually mean? +
We don't write connection timestamps, source IPs, destination addresses, bandwidth volumes, or DNS queries. Our servers are configured to write nothing to disk that could re-identify a session. We will publish our config and a third-party audit before exiting beta.
003 Will it break streaming or banking? +
No. Split tunneling is on Standard, so you can route everyday traffic through ZiaVPN while leaving your bank app on your normal connection — or the other way around.
004 What happens if a court orders my data? +
We can only hand over what we have. We don't keep connection records, so there is nothing to hand over. We'll publish a transparency report annually starting our first full year.
005 When do you launch? +
Closed beta opens summer 2026 to the first 250 waitlisted members. Public launch follows once our audit completes. Reserve a spot below to be in the first cohort.
